We had this issue, edited the permissions on the reg key Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PackagedCom\Package\Microsoft.OneDriveSync_24180.905.1.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe
And it instantly started working as normal
Hi James, what did you specifically change on the reg key?
DP305 On the permissions, any entities that didn't have full control we just gave full control, not sure what other things that may affect but it fixed it. Procmon showed errors access the key when you browse through the folders which identified the key in question
JamesC1920 Thank you! I signed in just to confirm this fix works. User OneDrive folders are traversing instantly as I'd expect.
This has to be done on the version you're clients are using, if you have auto-update enabled, will need to be applied to the newest version. Our AVD hosts are on this version currently:
Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PackagedCom\Package\Microsoft.OneDriveSync_24196.929.5.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe
