Hello, enterprise applications such as azure virtual desktop, microsoft remote desktop and windows cloud login should be created automatically during avd setup or at first login.
to fix:
-log in to https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com with your entra id account to register the missing applications.
-go to microsoft enter id > enterprise applications and verify that they are visible.
-grant administrative consent to registered applications.
-apply the mfa policy for avd via microsoft enter id > conditional access.
-if the problem persists, check your account permissions or try again with another administrator.
