How can I boot and Azure IaaS VM from DVD or USB image

Can someone please help me with this issue.

 

I have an Azure IaaS VM and have lost the username and password to login. 

 

if I could boot this VM from DVD/USB image I could change the username and password and resolve my issue.

 

How can I boot and Azure IaaS VM from CD/DVD/USB image, please?
