    isotonic_uk Keep everything on the same server and use the same instance for both CM and WSUS.

isotonic_uk Yeah, for these numbers I'd say keep things as simple as possible, so a single server hosting all roles (including the site database server role) is probably sufficient. Matter of fact, I'd consider leveraging MDT to build and deploy the OS image(s), and using just plain WSUS (and/or WUfB) to patch the systems. Deploying a full ConfigMgr site for such a low number of systems might be overkill.
