How to apply signature templete on New Outlook by Intune
We want to apply signature template for outlook clients by intune, All classic outlook received the signature template but New Outlook clients are not getting these settings. I understand New Outlook based on web view system, But as it's installed as a client, there should be a way to apply policies for this New Outlook.
Please advise.

Hello neerajpunjab
Test the signature deployment on a small group first
First:
• Verify you're using the latest version of the new Outlook
• Ensure your Microsoft 365 tenant is configured for the new Outlook client
• Check that the devices have the necessary update and configuration permissions
To apply signature templates to the new Outlook client via Intune, you'll need to follow a few specific steps:Microsoft 365 Admin Center Approach:
1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
2. Navigate to Settings > Org Settings > Email Signatures
3. Create your organization-wide signature template
4. This method works for both classic and new Outlook clients
Intune Configuration:
• Use Microsoft Intune to create an Administrative Template policy
• Target the policy to devices running the new Outlook
Key settings to configure:
• Use the Office Cloud Policy Service
• Create a configuration profile for Outlook email signatures
• Ensure the policy is assigned to the correct user or device groups
PowerShell and Registry Method:
Create a PowerShell script or registry configuration
Set the following registry key:
CopyHKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences\EmailSignature
Use Intune to deploy this configuration
Recommended Troubleshooting Steps:
• Confirm the new Outlook is fully integrated with your Microsoft 365 environment
• Verify user licenses and permission levels
• Check Intune logs for any deployment issues
