In the guide you will find:
• Our end to end methodology for driving adoption success
• Adoption best practices
• Prescriptive guidance on how to do some of the tasks/activities we suggest customers do as part of their rollout
• The voice of successful customers throughout to share their best practices
Welcome any feedback.

Hi, you can elevate your user adoption and engagement in Microsoft 365 with a feature called Adoption Score organizational messages. With these score you can send productivity hacks with the Microsoft 365 users through Microsoft apps. Also, you can gain insights and get adoption score through the Adoption Score feature. Hi Matt,
Thank you for sharing with us...
Anyway, the method you shared looks does not well for almost our clients. The problem is, they don't really understand about sharepoint including the features.
So, I have changed the methodology for fast tract user adoption by providing O365 training for admin and developer in the first stage (usually before Kick off Meeting). The training is designed and customized by our team, not taking from official training from Microsoft. And, the participants are:
1. One of the Board member, that usually known as a Project Sponsor
2. O365/SharePoint champion/Intranet champion
3. Business user (mostly Head of Department/Division)
4. Department Site Admin
5. IT people
The result is very good and we are happy with continuous development there...
Cheers..
DS

Yes we discussed the new adoption guide in this month's Champion community call. You can find the information in the post with the link to the Community Call resources. We'll be doing a dedicated blog post and more announcement about it shortly.

Very comprehensive. Whats missing are all the decks that help with things like facilitating workshops on Vision/Objectives or Scenario Prioritisation. What happened to these on the FastTrack Centre?

Hi Matt. Thank you. This guide is extremely helpful. When comparing to a prior version of the adoption guide, I noticed that the new guide does not specifically discuss the need to create a vision statement. Is there a reason why that was removed?

Hi Mark - Thanks for the feedback. Glad the guide is helpful.
We removed the reference to a visioning excercise as we received feedback from a lot of customers that they were confused by this a bit, or felt it was redundant to identifying and prioritizing scenarios - where time is spent envisioning what business objective the organization is focused on with Office 365.

Great work thankyou!
- Chris ParkerIron ContributorAnd why are the broken images on the FastTrack site not getting fixed? It's been that way for about a week.
- Chris ParkerIron ContributorSure wish the download link worked. "This site can't be reached"

These are very good guides. Are any of them available in PPT format?
