Status of Microsoft Places
In a community call last year, there was a demo of Microsoft Places. Can anyone provide an update regarding the release date of this? We are interested in the hotel desk component of this tool. Also,...
Tying Places to Teams Premium is odd. I would think every space, not just Teams rooms, would be eligible for Places.
It's a strange decision but nothing is certain based on how quickly Microsoft has recently pivoted away from new ideas so soon after they were announced. Viva Topics was a paid add-on and then they started allowing lightweight features with standard licenses. Maybe they will do the same with Places.
