With shifting on Beta new functionality not necessary appears immediately, sometimes it could take few days while features will be activated on Microsoft servers.
Another variant Automate was rolled out from Beta channel for consumer subscribers. That happens from time to time with deployed functionality if critical bug was found.
Third option that's the prohibition through Group Policy, practically zero probability on consumer computer.
In general it's not possible to add this or that built-in feature though settings, they are activated on Microsoft servers.
