Clock time timeline and elapsed time
Hi Everyone,
I need to create a timeline where a minute-by-minute timeline shows both the actual clock time and the time elapsed. Could anyone point me to a good resource or template?

I need to create a timeline, starting with the actual time beginning until the actual time end, like 1600-1620, as in the drawing.
Then, on the horizontal axis, I have all the responding departments and their corresponding units. I need to keep track of the times and events that each unit completed, and at what time.
I want each unit "contiuum bar" to be colored seperately for each unit.
Finally, I would like a "time lapsed" counter for each unit. Ex: If a unit was dispatched at 1600 and cancelled at 1605, there would be a five minute time lapse.
I am attaching a drawing, and also an Excel spreadsheet that I have tried to cobble together. I am open to any and all suggestions and help!
