In the end I solved the problem myself ... more exhausting ... but solved ... with conditional formatting.
=ODER(UND($F$8>=Januar!$I$10;$F$8<=Januar!$J$10);UND($F$8>=Januar!$I$10;F$8<=$F$8))
Ps. If someone could still have a VBA solution ready, this is also very welcome to me.
