Excel not working properly since updating to Windows 11

Just an update.
I had Dell come out various times to get this resolved as my own IT department was not able to do so. Dell in turn replace my SSD and replace my motherboard twice as they claimed it to be the graphics card. My laptop was formatted 4 times since July 2022. After 6 months of fighting with the manufacturer they finally replaced my laptop under warranty. The technician said he only dealt with this issue once before and they could not resolve the issue and also replaced the laptop under warranty.
FYI... Do not upgrade to Windows 11 yet, this seems to be where the issues all start.
