Not sure is you have figured this out yet or received and answer that you understand. I have read some of the comments below but the INDIRECT() formula means nothing to me. I had a similar problem and discovered that I was in fact, entering the new data outside the table. So all I did was made sure my new data was inside the parameters of the table. The table will expand automatically at the bottom of the table if you start at the right end of the last line and press ENTER. A new line is made which is within the table and the cursor moves to the start of the line. You can do this any number of times to add new space at the bottom/last entry in the table.
