Overwhelmed trying to resolve this.

Hi,

I have a list of counties and the assigned rep for that county.

I then have a fill rate report by county.

I am trying to get a formula that will compare the counties then pull the name of the assigned rep into a column on the fill rate report by county.    Its late, I've overthought this.  Now I am hoping someone sees a simple answer to this.

Thanks!

Please see the attached workbook. It's your file with a VLOOKUP formula (col F in the Fill Rate tab) that does what you ask for. It leaves cells empty in case there is no County name (i.e. on rows with sub-totals) and it displays #NA if the county name in the Fill Rate tab is not found in the Rep List tab. These can be missing county names or non-exact matched due to spelling errors, leading or trailing spaces etc.. In all other cases, the Rep Name is displayed.
