Column B contains text values representing dates in US format mm/dd/yyyy.
Your system date format is probably dd/mm/yyyy.
Excel will convert a value such as 02/05/2025 (meaning the 5th of February) to a date, although not the correct one: it will become the 2nd of May.
But a value such as 02/13/2025 is not valid as a dd/mm/yyyy date, so it cannot be converted and will remain text.
If you import the column using Power Query, it will probably be converted correctly.
