Hi ,
We have fixed this issue by changing the active sync certificate setting under virtual directories to ignore Clientcertificates.
It looks like something is going wrong with some certificates in the mobile app.
After this change we didn't experienced any issues with the mobile apps.See screenshot. (its in dutch language)

But after about 2 weeks/1 month it just stopped working?- Vince_MurraySep 19, 2024Copper ContributorIf ActiveSync is enable, try removing and re-adding the email account on the phone, this refreshes the connection between the phone and the exchange server, otherwise check the errors in the Exchange server logs.

We can set-up the account in the Outlook app without errors.
