I understand this situation can be frustrating; however, I recommend reaching out to Nonprofit Support again from here: Nonprofit - Contact Us.
Your submission will be route to the correct support team who can assist you with the process to verify your nonprofit.
After typing your issue in the "How can we help?" text box on that page, scroll past the self-help options and select "Get more help." On the form, for the I am a... drop-down, select "Current nonprofit customer" and for the What can we help you with? drop-down, select "Eligibility."
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

I have submitted multiple tickets and no additional info is suggested before Microsoft closes the case. No useful information is provided either. Extremely painful process so far.

Hello, I wanted to follow up on this and see if you’ve been able to find a resolution for the matter discussed above. If not, I was wondering if you have access to any of the following documents, as they might be helpful:
- IRS Determination Letter: A letter from the IRS confirming the nonprofit's tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) or another applicable section of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Certificate of Incorporation: Issued by the Secretary of State (or equivalent state agency), confirming the organization's legal establishment as a corporation.
- Employer Identification Number (EIN) Confirmation Letter: A letter from the IRS assigning the organization's EIN for tax purposes.
- Annual Filing Confirmation: Proof of filing required annual reports, such as IRS Form 990 or state-level equivalent forms.
- State Tax-Exempt Certificate: Documentation from the state confirming the organization's exemption from state sales, income, or property taxes, if applicable.
- Licenses and Permits: Special licenses or permits required for specific nonprofit activities (e.g., fundraising permits).
- Bylaws (Stamped or Certified): Certified copies of the organization's bylaws filed with the state or local government agency.
- Government Grants or Funding Agreements: Documentation of federal or state grants awarded to the organization, demonstrating its credibility and recognition by government entities.
