Unable to activate azure grant

Thank you for reaching out with your query. We are sorry to hear about the issues you are facing regarding activating your Azure Credits. I see you have received the activation email. When pressing that button, it will prompt you to create your Sponsorship Subscription. See the steps as follows:

 

Activating Credits.

1. You will be prompted to sign in with your Microsoft Nonprofit Account Credentials tied to your organization. Sign in and authenticate if prompted.
2. You will be asked to create a billing account by filling out your billing information. This is standard for all Azure accounts even sponsored subscriptions. Then continue by pressing, "Next."
3. After filling out your information. You will then be asked to agree to Microsoft's Privacy, terms and conditions. Check the checkboxes to agree and then click, "Sign up."
4. You will be greeted by Your newly created Azure Account. If you want to check on your Azure Credits balance and usage you can login at Microsoft Azure Sponsorships | Welcome.
5. Navigate back to your home directory in Azure. Then type in the top search bar "Subscriptions" click on the key. You will then see the new subscription.
