Unable to renew Azure grant -- Nonprofit Hub is broken

This post reopens this training support discussion that was closed because it wasn't in the nonprofit group.

A nonprofit organization I assist received an email that their Azure grant was up for renewal. Upon going to the nonprofit hub as linked in the email, the hub only shows the "Edit Profile" page and refuses to navigate anywhere else. There are no error messages and nothing is missing, it just keeps navigating back and none of the other pages work.

This problem persisted across multiple devices on recent browsers.

In light of this bug in the portal, how should the organization renew their grant, which is set to expire in the middle of January?

    Hi ngentry try putting in a nonprofit support ticket here . Scroll to the very bottom, type in support and then select Get Help. You can fill out the organization's information and someone should reach out to you shortly.
