I am having an issue with the AIVision dev kit installed the latest firmware on the camera. I did factory reset and setup from scratch setting up new resource group and IoT Hub during the setup. At the end the camera is showing picture output, it is connected in IoT hub But not running the default model. I try to apply a customvision model but doesn't work either. Can anyone point me to how I can troubleshoot and resolve?

Are you using latest firmware? If not kindly upgrade it and try again.

priyanka-1234 Yes, I updated the firmware last week. Have tried to factory reset twice and gone through quick start successfully, removing and creating existing resource group and IoT Hub both times to make sure I start from scratch with OOBE experience. The camera is running and connected to IoT Hub afterwards, however, there does not seem to be any model running on the camera. Previously the default model has been running through factory reset.

Kristian_Heim Yes that is correct when you do factory reset default model starts to run.Can you please provide me the screenshot of the error you are getting?

Kristian_Heim - I can confirm there is no issue with latest firmware. If you are using old firmware then it might be problem. But after factory reset and with latest firmware it should work and it should identify objects as well.

    Did the same.I do agree with Kristian there is problem.We have used latest firmware. And actually it was quite functional a month ago.
    
    Same method. Same model. Same camera. A month ago before my vacation time and of my team also, everything was ok. Using the same process a month later it does not work anymore. The service seems like broken.
    
    Once we tryed to apply the Custom Vision model built the frame for tagging and focus on faces just disappear as you can see with pictures added to the message (no frame anymore no tag no mask).
