To address users losing access to MFA via Microsoft Authenticator:
-> Set up backup methods (SMS, email, or office phone).
-> Use Temporary Access Pass (TAP) for emergencies.
-> Admins can reset MFA or use break-glass accounts.
-> Educate users and provide a simple guide.
