surgent ! Manager view cannot display well
Hello Mates, There is a case on Viva Insight on manager view, it display same as personal view on the interface.
Could anyone help me ASAP what's most possible step missing?
btw, Viva Analytic runs well at the moment , data runs fine?
Please let me know what else triggered to "activate" manger view? million thanks.

- Hi @Jake, thanks for the reply. I believed we followed the doc ...but still nothing can display on manager view, looks same as personal view. Do you have more ideas about it? thanks

cafenote - please check that the manager has more than 9 people in their span of control and they are all assigned a Viva Insights license. if the problem still continues - please let us know.
