RacerRocky I wouldn't reboot the phone. MS documentation specifically says not to, and I have confirmed that some policies don't work when you do this.
Important
It's important that device users do not restart devices until enrollment is complete. If device users setting up fully managed devices or corporate-owned devices with a work profile restart their devices in the middle of enrollment, their devices may not be able to register with Microsoft Intune. Devices that restarted may appear to be enrolled but they won't be protected by your Intune policies.

RacerRocky I can confirm this as well . I rebooted a device during the process and yes it did actually get to the home screen and apps were installing but then the device sent a warning that it will automatically reset as the the device was intended to be used as a fully managed device by my organisation
- RacerRockyJan 23, 2023Copper ContributorI did this workaround on the phone I've been testing and it seemed ok, but I only had it set up for a day before I wiped it again to do more testing. It may have eventually given the warning if I hadn't wiped it.
