Same here.
I am totally stucked at the same screen.
It worked for a while today, but then not.
I have wiped the device 5 times, but still stuck. 😞

I have opened a case to Microsoft about this.
They say that there has been a lot of those cases the last 24 hour.
I write back here as soon as I get new status.

Same here, been ok for a while but today it stop working.
I logged it with Microsoft too. Like everyone else, I got the reply that there is an issue and MS internal are investigating.
