Now it seem to work for me again.
I have enrolled two times with no problem.
Have not got any answers from Microsoft though.

It's working again for us too, I got the following from Google: There was an outage at Google in one of the Managed Google Play infrastructure last night (started at around 6/20 evening US Pacific Time and continued well into the night and early morning on 6/21).
The outage has been resolved and so the enrollment flow should be working again now.

I had the same issue as described here and the solution was to change the app assignment settings for Intune, Authenticator and Company portal to "All devices". Installation of required apps now works flawlessly.
