Fusoya14 We never found a work-around other than waiting... we'd leave the enrolled device sit, plugged into power for about 12 hours and it would eventually go. We did get confirmation from Microsoft that there was a disconnect between them and the Google Playstore, so there was nothing we could do on our end!
- Abcolg8Jan 08, 2024Copper Contributor+1 to this ... we also never found an answer apart from leaving the device for a few hours and letting it finish...... we also received a response from Microsoft that it was an issue with the tenant talking to google play.
