    Hi, i've encountered similar issues before. In kiosk mode with Intune, it's common for downloads to be blocked by default for security reasons, including the .ica files used by Citrix Workspace.

    Here are some ideas to try:

    -Check Intune policies: Look for any specific policies that block downloads and see if you can add an exception for .ica files.


    -Multi-app kiosk configuration: Ensure the kiosk settings are properly configured to allow the necessary downloads for Citrix Workspace.


    -Updates and compatibility: Make sure you're using the latest versions of both Citrix Workspace and Intune, as there might be fixes or updates addressing this issue.


    -File association: Verify that the system correctly recognizes and associates .ica files so that they aren’t mistakenly flagged as unsafe.
