Just to be sure for what OS are you looking for this functionality? At the moment this is available for Android (certain Android Enterprise modi) but you are probably already aware of this.

I too would like to see this, how do we get this on Microsoft's radar?
The computer gods in Redmond are fully aware that business customers worldwide are begging to have unattended remote help, yet refuse to enable the functionality.
