Title: Admins may see an error when accessing the Cloud Policies page in the Microsoft Intune admin center User impact: Admins may see an error when accessing the Cloud Policies page in the Microsoft Intune admin center. More info: Users receive an error message that states, "Couldn't retrieve data for 'OfficeSettingsContainer'. Use '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' to report this issue to Microsoft." The error doesn’t prevent admins from accessing the page and they can still leverage all the functions on the Cloud Policies page as expected. Current status: Our review of the previously mentioned HAR logs has helped us isolate a potential change in how the Microsoft Intune Iframe for Microsoft 365 applications portion of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center page is calling the Cloud policies. We're analyzing this suspected change to determine if it's the culprit behind the impact and to develop a strategy for remediating the issue. Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to access the Cloud Policies page in the Microsoft Intune admin center is impacted. Next update by: Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 7:00 PM UTC
