Unable to access devices | configuration
Hi All!
HNY to you all.
Just trying to access devices\configuration from the Intune Admin Console, and get this error.
And no policies are displayed.
I have tried accessing via an Incognito window and get the same message.
Everything else is working and accessible.
Anyone else got this issue or seen it before?
Thanks
FYI - It looks like a tenant issue on my side.

Hello,
I'll try to help. I can offer some suggestions.
Microsoft Service Outage
- Check the Microsoft Service Health Dashboard in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to see if there are any reported outages affecting Intune.
- You can also visit Microsoft Azure Status for updates.
Browser Cache & Cookies
- Since you've already tried Incognito mode, try clearing cache and cookies in your regular browser.
- If possible, use a different browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
User Permissions Issue
- Ensure your user account has the necessary Intune administrative roles (e.g., Intune Administrator, Global Administrator).
- If you're using RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), verify that your permissions allow access to device configuration policies.
Expired Session or Token
Log out of all Microsoft 365 services, restart your browser, and log back in.
Network or Proxy Restrictions
Ensure that your network/firewall/proxy is not blocking access to Intune services. Try connecting from a different network.
Intune Service Sync Issue
- If you have Hybrid Azure AD Join or Configuration Manager (SCCM) Co-Management, ensure that devices are syncing correctly.
- You can force a manual sync via Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Sync on an affected device.
Try PowerShell or Graph API
Run the following PowerShell command to check your policies:
Get-IntuneDeviceConfigurationPolicy
Or use Microsoft Graph API to verify policy retrieval:
GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/deviceManagement/deviceConfigurations
If this fails, it may indicate an issue with Intune rather than the web console.
Try Using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) Directly
- Instead of going through the Azure portal, try accessing the Intune console directly via: Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center

Hi
Many thanks for the quick response.
I have tried what you suggested but still getting the same error.
I have just asked a work colleague to try with there login and they receive the same error.
So, its looking like an MS / Intune issue.
Thanks
We are noticing the same thing in multiple tenants :) so.. you are not alone
