How about filter feature:
- Open your Microsoft List: Navigate to the list where you want to perform the search.
- Click on the Filter Pane: On the right side of the screen, you'll see a filter icon. Click on it to open the filter pane.
- Select the Field: In the filter pane, you'll see a list of fields (columns) in your list. Find the 'Company' field and click on it.
- Enter the Value: After selecting the 'Company' field, enter 'Williams' in the search box within the filter pane.
- Apply the Filter: Click on the 'Apply' button to filter the list based on the 'Company' field with the value 'Williams'.

Kidd_IpThank you. FWIW, to filter on the company, I have to click the drop-down next to the Company column header, click 'filter by,' and proceed to select the value. If I click the filter icon above the column headings (it's not on a right-side pane here), there are only a few filters available. I was hoping to find a query syntax, so I could, for example, put into the search box something like "Company:Williams," which doesn't work. Is there a query language you're aware of for a Lists search box?
