How do I delete a mail in a Office 365 Group?
I want to delete an email from a Office365 Group. But there is no delete button in the ribbon and pressing the DELETE key on the keyboard does not work either. I am the group owner. So how do I achieve this?
PS I use Outlook 365 Version 1804
- Could be a permission thing. I believe you can only delete conversations from groups if you are the Owner.
- DanielNiccoliSteel ContributorI wasn't in the owner group. Should have double-checked that before posting a question. Sorry. I added myself and assume that I will be able to delete after the new permissions synced to my Outlook.

I am an owner and can not delete an email from a public Group..

I assume you want to delete a Group conversation in Outlook desktop.
If this is the case, right-click the conversation and choose delete from the contextual menu.
Hope it helps...

Hi Salvatore, I tried that, but I don't have that item in the context menu. There is only copy, reply, reply all, forward and search for conversation from this sender.
