Sending email from Group email address
Hi,
Are you able to send emails from a group email address rather than individual email addresses? If so, how...
- On Microsoft 365 Outlook online?
- On Outlook PC app?
- On iPhone?
Many thanks
You can, and it's not that hard to find the detailed instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/send-email-from-or-on-behalf-of-an-office-365-group-0f4964af-aec6-484b-a65c-0434df8cdb6b?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
The process is similar for other endpoints as well.

Dear VasilMichev I think the link you sent points to an article explaining how to send an email to a group. I have found that sending an email from a Microsoft 365 group is not possible. When opening the group account in Outlook on the Web, the "Send Email" button is greyed out (see picture)
This post Outlook groups - how to send emails from Groups | Microsoft Community Hub also points out that it is not possible to select the group address as a sender of the mail.
Can you explain how to send an email from a group account if it is possible (as you suggested in your previous answer)?
With kind regards
