Appointments with multiple people

We have a team set up for bookings and would like the ability for someone to choose an appointment with everyone, along with being able to choose individuals.  I did set up a group in Outlook to include all members and have added the group email address to our bookings, but only allows it as a guest and doesn't allow me to choose to see availability (even after I created a calendar through the group). 

Looking for suggestions on how to make this process efficient for our small group of 4 people when someone needs to meet with all of us.

Any helpful tips and tricks are appreciated...we're new to the program and willing to learn!
