Booking multiple services at same time

I have a client that wants to use Bookings to book a space on our university campus. They'd like to be able to book multiple services for one space at the same time, i.e. one student can book the space for service 1 at 3pm, and another student can book the same space for service 2 at 3pm. However, once the first service is booked, no other services are allowed for that time because it is associated with the account's user. This makes sense because Bookings is designed to book time with a person, not a space, but my client is hoping to adapt Bookings for this use.

Is there a work around that I'm not aware of? Unchecking "Events on Office calendar affect availability" from the staff page does not solve the issue.

You need to set up each individual space as Staff, with an associated email address in your AD, and in Services you need to define the time-blocks you want your students to be able to book.
This way you will have a single calendar in Bookings that your Bookings Admin can see with all appointments, and each end user will have their individual bookings in their Outlook calendar.

I have a similar issue in that I want to use bookings to reserve rooms and reserve equipment easily. Currently, any reservation is put onto my own calendar and there doesn't seem to be a way to have a separate calendar, even though we can make separate calendars in outlook. I would love for this feature to be added!

My workaround without this feature was using a separate user account that my students use to access a computer in my office created by my university. I added that account as a staff member to the bookings page. If you are able to work with your campus IT department to create new user profiles/email accounts, that might be a way to accomplish what you want outside of a new feature added to bookings.
