Bookings Pages in wrong language despite right settings
Hello everyone,
A few days (perhaps even weeks) ago, our booking pages (language & time format) have translated themselfes into English. See Screenshot #1.
We are located in Germany, so all our booking pages should be - of course - in German.
The settings in the linked outlook calender, bookings page and organisation standards all state "German" (Deutsch) (see Screenshot #2 & #3).
A few weeks ago all booking pages had the right settings. The only org. wide change we did recently, was the forced activation of MFA for all users around the 11th of May.
Concrete Question: Am I missing a setting? Is this a wider problem or have we just messed up somehow?
Many Thanks in advance,
Nils

NL1337 , do you see the client outlook synchronization activated?
- NL1337Copper ContributorThe problem has resolved itself on our side. As far as I remeber it was activated.

NL1337 Is the client synchronization update enabled?

Two months later...
The problem has once again occurred. Times are now being indicated using AM/PM (not used in Germany).
The emails to the customers are again in English.
What's even more infuriating, a customer's appointment rescheduling is not being updated in the calendar. This means that appointments are now being double-booked. Our employees are naturally unaware of this. This has led to frustrated customers... Just like last time, we haven't made any changes on our end.

Same problem here. Settings are set to Dutch (Belgium) but booking page is shown in English. Changing the language, saving it and changing it back again seems to be no solution.
Something strange I noticed was that the booking page seems to have 2 URL's. The first URL is the original URL created when setting up the bookings calendar. I have no idea how the 2nd URL was generated but this seems to be referring to the name of the bookings calender.- https://outlook.office365.com/book/bookings.address at domain dot be/ => This URL is displayed in Dutch
- https://outlook.office365.com/book/namebookings at domain dot be/ => This URL is displayed in English
I can work around the problem by changing all URL's to the first one but I want to know how the 2nd URL got created and why is this one not displaying the correct language?
Kind regards,
Kenneth De Vos
- Kenneth_De_VosCopper ContributorI think the problem is related to this change:

- PorfavorCopper ContributorI have the same issue. I have no idea what to do. Is there a solution so far?
- NL1337Copper ContributorHi all!
Thanks a lot for your contributions and advices. Sadly I wasn't able to respond due to a lack of time.
Luckily - as some of you mentioned - the problem resolved itself.
I will close this thread.
Thanks again! - Faisal1775Brass Contributor
If you're experiencing issues with your booking pages displaying in the wrong language despite having the correct settings, there could be a few possible reasons for this problem. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause conflicts and display outdated information. Clearing your browser cache can help resolve this issue. Go to your browser settings, find the option to clear browsing data, and select the cache or temporary files option.
Double-check language settings: Verify that the language settings are correctly configured both in your browser and the application or website you're using for the bookings. Ensure that the desired language is selected as the default language in both places.
Use an incognito or private browsing window: Open a new incognito or private browsing window and access the booking pages from there. This will help you determine if the issue is related to your browser's settings or extensions interfering with the language settings.
Check the application or website settings: Review the settings within the booking application or website itself. Look for any language-specific settings or preferences and ensure they are set correctly.
Contact customer support: If the issue persists, reach out to the support team of the booking application or website you are using. They will have more specific insights into any technical issues that might be causing the problem and can provide guidance on how to resolve it.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the issue and ensure that your booking pages display in the correct language.

Faisal1775 Same issue for us.
Language setting Norwegian and booking main page in Norwegian, but sharing e-mail display English.
If the end user got english as default language in OS will it then display English?
- fismits7744Copper ContributorWe use the Subject as identification for e-mail transport rules. now the subject is generated in english instead of german. this seems to be randomly changeing right? - ho do i report such issues to microsoft?

We have a similar issue.
Timezone of our Bookings calendars are set to Brussels (UTC+1) and language is either Duch/Belgium or French/Belgium.But the Bookings page is displayed in English.
Further more, the proposed timeslots are presented in AM or PM mode - which is not used in Belgium. This results in clients booking the wrong timeslots: for example a timeslot was booked for 1h in the morning but the client showed up at 13h (some services are offered 24/24h)
Can Microsoft look into this problem and find a fix?
- Marcel SjardijnCopper ContributorI've checked daily since the reports of the solve came in, but I'm still experiencing the same problem as you. I'm also in Dutch so maybe it's a locale thing. Seeing the messages of the solve I'm hoping it might be just a little longer wait.
- MMMarioCopper ContributorHi,
what you describe are exactly the symptoms I had till last week. As described above I created a ticket and the topic was quite fast accepted as a global Microsoft server issue and disappeared after the weekend.
I recommend you to create a ticket as well and to refer to this thread in order to avoid discussions, that it is related to your specific (client) environment only.- PeterVanHakenCopper ContributorI created a ticket and the issue was resolved for our calendars

Same problem here, since 1 or 2 weeks, and no support.
Booking also have problems with calendar sync, even when the event is still displayed in web outlook.
Its realy disappointing. Each time when i will share my booking page, i have manually to check the events for troubleshooting. Well done Microsoft...- DerDennisCopper ContributorSurprisingly, the problem has resolved itself. I can't even say exactly since when? Anyway, we can now close the ticket. Thank you to everyone!
- Marcel SjardijnCopper ContributorI'm experiencing the same problems. Even with the "multi-language" of the service, which changes most of the labels not the base-language of the site is not updated. Therefore calender and times (with am/pm instead of 24hrs) are shown. Giving the fact that this has happend to more of you this seems to be a bigger issues.
So far (besides the other mentioned posibilities) , I've tried forcing it to other languages and back and forth between the classic and the modern experiences. All not solving to problem.
Hoping someone found a solution yet - fbojtCopper ContributorSame issue here. No solution so far, I guess?
