Did the student receive emails with correct but with the timezone in CST or incorrect time and in CST?

I'm using a shared Bookings page. The students received emails which stated the correct time in PST, but failed to see the incorrect time zone. My booking says 1:30pm correctly, but their emails say "11:30 PST". But the students are just seeing the 11:30 -- understandable mistake, but one they shouldn't have to avoid. Did you end up finding a solution to this issue? I am running into the same exact thing with my students!
