Changing Meeting Organizer Email in Microsoft Shared Bookings
When a Microsoft Shared Booking Page is created, it automatically generates a mailbox with an email address in the format 'email address removed for privacy reasons.' This email address is used as the meeting organizer for all bookings made through the shared bookings page. Is there a way to change the meeting organizer's email in Microsoft Shared Bookings to use my actual work email address instead?
The benefits of this would be
- Meeting invitations will come from my official work email rather than a generic "onmicrosoft.com" address, making them more recognizable and trustworthy to attendees.
- All meetings confirmations, updates, and cancellations will be tied to my work email inbox making it easier to tack and manage my schedule.
- All attendees can reply directly to my work email
