Not getting email notifications for Bookings with me
Our institution has both Bookings and personal Bookings With Me. Previously, when someone scheduled using Bookings with me, the staff would receive an email notification confirming this. Currently, some staff do receive the email notification and some do not. (The person scheduling the appointment always receives a notification and a calendar invite.) The staff not receiving the emails has not set up any special rules, does not have the address blocked, and the emails are not going to the spam or clutter folders. Does anyone know how to fix this?
- kandersen1240Copper ContributorI'm having the same issue. Booking is made successfully in my calendar, but I'm not receiving any notifications regarding a booking has been made.
Was working most of last year, but i realized i stopped receiving them sometime in Q4'23.
Seems to be a general issue, as i see a lot of other threads talking about the same thing:

Haven't made any changes, just suddenly started receiving them again.

librarian1190 are all services for the affected staff members not sending any confirmation emails to them ? Is the issue consistently reproducible for these staff members ? In that case, can you share the book with me page link over DM with me ?

Debasish_Thakur I am a Network supervisor at a K12 school system and have a teacher reporting the same issue. One of my other teachers booked an appointment with her. The person booking the appointment received the confirmation emails but the teacher she was scheduling with did not but she did get the appointment scheduled to her calendar.
I manage our email system so I did an email trace in M365 and do not see any emails to the teacher even attempted to be delivered. She said it worked in October 2023 though.

- librarian1190Copper ContributorHi Debashish, we have tried multiple times today and yesterday and nothing was sent to the staff member each time. We also scheduled for each of the services available and none sent emails. I just sent you a DM with that information. Thank you!
