"Some error occurred" message
Hello, there seem to be a problem when clicking links to my Bookings pages - "some error occurred". None of my reservation pages works today. No idea what could have happened. I can't see any of my settings and the pages aren't visible to my clients. What can I do? Please help!
- KyleStancyCopper ContributorExperiencing the same issue here - "some error occurred" on the front-facing page, and all of my services/staff across all calendars disappeared. Microsoft, are you working on a fix for this??
- guengoerkCopper ContributorWe also have exactly the same problem. All services, reservations and employees have disappeared. Please fix ASAP. Thanks
- MBC_OfficeCopper ContributorI'm having this issue, too. I can export the calendar details (thankfully) but can't see them. When testing the front end, as a customer would see them, the link leads to a big white page and the message "some error occurred". Please help!
- Teri_KeyCopper ContributorClients are receiving message: 'We could not fulfill your request' No booking is appearing on their calendar while it is showing up on mine. Can still see all appts on my calendar, clients are not receiving calendar confirmation or email confirmation of their bookings.
- laurafashCopper ContributorSame issue for our organization as well - super frustrating
- bns7160Copper ContributorSame issue here. Does anyone know if Microsoft monitors these threads? If not, they may not be aware of the issue yet.
- JoannaPoeCopper ContributorPeople are complaining about it on Twitter, and I just went to +1 it and included a link to this thread.
- Elizabeth2323Brass Contributorcan you provide the twitter link here so we can get that reposted more too, would that help? 😕
- Elizabeth2323Brass ContributorAlso having this issue.
- BDennis370Copper ContributorOne of our staff noticed that the EXPORT option is still working (top-right of Calendar page) - so you're still able to export a TSV of the booking data to see your appointments and info.

The Export (to TSV) has also worked for our team so the data is there just not accessible. We also have had issues with the Graph Explorer to try access data but endpoints where not showing up. They have recently reappeared although still having issues with calling them.

We are having the same issues and it is vital to our business that this be resolved ASAP. Hoping Microsoft is paying attention to this issue. LesnePtaki
- David_SwensonSteel ContributorSame issue here! All our Bookings pages are down, locked to Internal Only, and all our services have been deleted as of this morning.
