This link is not valid. for Bookings
I use the web version for bookwithme and was working fine past few weeks but suddently doesn't work anymore with the following message after the link is shared by copying the link or sent via email:
This link is not valid.
Please contact the organizer to check if the URL is correct.
- caitlin-flywheelCopper ContributorWe have this issue as well, has anyone explored whether it is a sharing permissions-related issue? The "-anonymous" at the end of the links seems to indicate it might have related controls, on top of internal team members being able to access the Bookings links but not external users, but maybe I'm just being hopeful.

We have CodeTwo as an email signature client, and when i get the user to give me the link to add to his email, it works for some times, then randomly get a ticket saying its not valid anymore. Not sure why the link wouldnt work anymore because he isnt messing with the bookings app and im not messing with the signature line.
- PHEHRCopper ContributorThis is issue seems to not have been solved. I still have the same thing when sending a private booking link to an organisation in the US (I am in the EU). Sending the link to organisations within the same country seem to work. This unfortunately forces our organisation to use free Calendly, while we pay for MS 365.
When will this be fixed??? - Murph2099Copper Contributor1-18-24 Still having this issue.
Link works if I user Private or Incognito and clear the cookies/cache BUT I can only get it to work if I continue as guest. If I log in with company credentials, link is invalid again. Tried turning the bookings page on and off but didn't work. This is 1 user having this issue and he just created the bookings page yesterday. Multiple browsers not working either. - LiamWsMCopper ContributorI am still having this issue, even with my booking links being public.
It is hit and miss whether the link will work - I can open it in a private window and be able to make a booking, but if I open another tab and paste the link, I get the message saying the link is not valid.- Murph2099Copper ContributorExact same issue! Works if i clear cookie or cache in private modes

For me as well
- TBone1985Brass ContributorI'm seeing this resolved this morning. Anyone else seeing the same?

Yes! I just tested it and it is working for me!TBone1985
- TBone1985Brass ContributorI put in a M$ ticket then it was working. The tech said they had a production update that broke it all to which I said it would be nice to see that in the Admin panel instead of us spending hours trying to see if it was us.

SallyPgy the link works for me, but only if I am logged out or using an incognito/private browser window. The links should work for both internal and external users. They do not.
these are public links. Many clients will be logged into their own Microsoft account and those must work for anon as well as logged in users. What a debacle.

Once again, same issue: "This link is not valid", whether Public or Private. After this discussion was opened, MS fixed it and throughout all September just worked fine. Now, one more time, it's broke! I'm really sick of this behavior. Lots of clients ask me what's going on with my bookings links. Also, there are some weird new issues: after you edit a meeting box, when you try to edit another or the same, it shows an entire new form to create a new one. I need to refresh Bookings webpage. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
