Peterwork Quick update, still not working but I think that's because Device Control policies take 1-2 days for my endpoints to finally wake up and realize there's been changes. A few interesting things I found while further testing:
Print to PDF: Broken, blocked by Device Control.Print to Corporate Network Printer: Broken, blocked by Device Control
Print to my home printer via wifi: Works fine
Other things to note, I'm working from home using Palo GP for remote access. Opening our networked printer settings, print queues, etc works just fine.
The policy I've built:
For the Print allow rule, I built a reusable setting configuration and added the following:And I'm curious now if I should have broken these up into 3 separate Device Control policies. Any recommendations from the community?
