Get Machine Groups by API

Hi.

 

I want to get Machine Groups using the Microsoft Defender ATP API.

Is there a way to get Machine Groups using the API?

    madokashiratori not sure what scenario you are trying to solve AFAIK there is no pure API for Machine Groups, the closest I am thinking of is to use Advanced Hunting to get it that way but that requires a machine to be part of it for it to be listed. 

     

    So depending on what you want to accomplish it could work.

      I would like to get a list of Machine Groups as defined in MDATP.
      But it seems difficult because there is no API available.
