Creating a pop-up within a survey?

I want to create an icon or link at the end of a question. So people can move their mouse over and see a "pop-up" window. Is that possible to do that in Microsoft form?

    JinsC no it's not possible with Forms. If we wanted to do this for an internal survey we would need to use Power Apps.

      Can we do it yet?  How to make a pop-up page in Microsoft forms to search for item number for the answer?  The list I have is 12 pages long.

        This is still not possible, it still needs an app in Power Apps where a popup is very straightforward to do. And Forms cannot search for anything.
