Import historic excel data into new forms
Hey Community
We have previously used smartsurvey to collect responses to questionnaires, we are now using MS Forms. Does anyone know if you can import historic data in an excel into our new Forms so we can have a collective view on all the data? Many thanks

I am using the "formlinker word to form" tool to import data from Excel into Microsoft Forms with one click. You can Google it. However, this requires a question number field, so I'm not sure if your Excel file is suitable.

Gemma_Hamer unfortunately Forms will ignore the data you have imported into the backend spreadsheet, at least as far as the ID numbers are concerned and will not include them in the graphs & charts. We always use a flow in Power Automate to copy the responses into a SharePoint list. And if you then paste in historic data the list can still process it from within SharePoint.
