Unable to activate azure grant

Good morning. I am unable to activate my Azure grant for non-profit associations. The simulation site is not working and I don't know how to activate or apply the grant to my account.

    Thank you for reaching out to our team If you are having trouble with the VOIP it could be possible that it may get flagged for security reasons. However, since you are also having issues with your landline. It will be necessary to create a support ticket with Nonprofit Support.
