Restrict access based on ad group only one html file in a folder which has multiple subfolders, file

Restrict access based on ad group to only one html file in a folder which has multiple subfolders and files. Remaining content should be accessible from anyone. But that html file should be accessed only from that ad group users. How to achieve this?
