Challenges not displaying information accurately
For the second time I have completed a challenge that does not display as completed on the main board. Hence I become not eligible.

I completed the challenge "Microsoft Learn Challenge | Ignite Edition: Build trustworthy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure".
Confirmation email for completing the challenge.But it never updated on the page..

Completed all 26 modules, but it shows 26/27 completed
i am also currently experiencing the same issue with one of the modules and thats the only one left

I did contacted the support team on the 28th, still haven't received any reply.
