    Please don't think fast, I can't able to get your exact reason for this problem, but you said, you was using from 1 year that you purchased licence or subscribe to this? or if you use multiple ID's it may cause to occur for login page not found, so please use a single Microsoft account for all purpose and subscription you can access to your all resources. If you use with subscription purchased licence Microsoft never do like this with anyone that you said, Thank you.

    Microsoft signed me out of copilot on Android & desktop and now it wants a verification code to sign back in... but it refuses to send the code, so I have lost access to all of my chat history and ongoing research projects. Now Microsoft is sending email begging me to come back -- but when I click on the link in the message the server says "connection refused" ! Microsoft has screwed up every single cloud based service that it has ever deployed, I don't know why I even bother... Even the text formatting controls in this forum don't work right on mobile devices...

    I don't have a problem if you want to blacklist domains and prohibit new registrations -- but shadow banning domains, disabling existing accounts that never violated ToS and pretending like nothing is wrong??? You sick **bleep**s... Can I at least transfer the co-pilot history to an account at a domain that is not blacklisted?? Or delete the frozen copilot account so I can be sure that it's never abused? And could we have a method to do that within the Android app??? --If co-pilot is no longer reliable I will happily go back to Gemini and Perplexity. Thanks a lot for wasting a year of my time!!!!

    I pasted this complaint into the Android copilot app and it directed me to a non-existent Microsoft support page!* Literally nothing at Microsoft works correctly, and that has been my experience with every single Microsoft cloud based service over the past 2 decades... Is it time for a new CEO yet????
