New Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate certification now available
We’re happy to announce that new Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate certification (replacing the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification) is now available, and Exam MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer is live and out of beta.
If you took the beta version of Exam MS-721, you should receive your results within the next 10 business days. If you passed it, that will be posted in your Microsoft Learn profile at the same time.
If you already earned the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification (retiring in June 2023), that certification and the new Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate certification will be posted on the transcript in your Microsoft Learn profile in approximately 10 days.
In November 2023, the renewal window for your new Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate certification opens. To prove that you’re current on the skills for the new definition of the role, pass the renewal assessment before the certification expires.
Be sure to celebrate and share your achievements. To add your newly acquired skills and certifications to your LinkedIn profile and to help you stand out in your network, follow the instructions in your congratulations email.
