Verification issue with Microsoft Partner account - Employment Verification status "Rejected"
I am submitting a complaint regarding the verification issue with our Microsoft Partner account. We have initiated the verification process, but our current status shows as "Rejected," specifically in the "Employment verification" section.
Account Details:
- Company Name: PT. BINTANG INOVASI TEKNOLOGI
- Partner ID: 6957233
We have met all other requirements, including email and identity verification. Therefore, we kindly request clarification and assistance in resolving the Employment verification issue so that we can proceed to the next steps.

It will tell you in the partner center what issue they have with your verification, once you've corrected the issue you can resubmit and they will try and verify you again.

On the partner dashboard, there is no information displayed, only the status shows as rejected. I was hoping to upload documents to prove my case, but the "Fix Now" button doesn't show anything. I have reached out to my domain provider to prepare a letter for my company.

I'm sorry, I am not part of support or the verification team. This is something you have to go through Partner Center Support with. Make sure you are submitting valid documents they find acceptable and that you registered partner name on partner center matches EXACTLY as your domain paperwork has your company listed.
